Pilgrim Church is open for in-person Worship at 10 a.m. on Sundays MASKS ENCOURAGED
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day He rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
*catholic means universal*
Come as you are.
You will find people in dresses and suits and others in tee shirts and jeans. Just come and be comfortable
Some people do bring their Bibles.
We like to use the scriptures intentionally in our worship. But don’t worry if you don’t have a Bible. We have Bibles available in each pew, so use ours.
We have communion every Sunday and everyone is welcome. If you don’t feel ready to commune, that's okay. Just know you are invited!
People make an offering.
This opportunity is available to you if you feel called to give financial giving to support the ministries of our church. . You can put cash or checks in the offering basket during Sunday services or make an offering on this website by using the “Online Giving” tab.
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart, not reluctantly or under pressure, for God loves a cheerful giver”- 2 Corinthians 9:7
Children are welcome in worship.
We know children are in worship and that’s great! But if your child should need a break, there is a comfort room available where you can still follow worship, but give your child the time and space they need.
There are a variety of ways to worship God.
Take your time and find the way that connects you with your need for God in worship.
